Welcome to MyShare, our all employee share plan.

What is MyShare?

MyShare is MinRes' all employee share plan (Plan) which gives you the opportunity to benefit from our growth and success, by becoming a shareholder – essentially an owner in our company. The Plan provides an easy opportunity for you to invest in shares and receive a generous match from MinRes, rewarding you for your hard work and commitment to our business.

 

MyShare allows you to contribute your own funds to purchase MinRes shares and, subject to certain conditions including continued employment, MinRes will give you one share for every purchased share you hold at the end of a specified period (called the Holding Period), effectively doubling the amount of shares purchased.

Whatever stage you've reached in your career with MinRes and however much you choose to invest, between $1,000 to the maximum annual limit of $5,000, the Plan will complement your existing reward package.

Overview


Once you enrol in MyShare, you’ll make pre-tax contributions from your salary each pay period. These contributions are used by the Plan Administrator to buy MinRes shares and hold them in the Employee Share Trust on your behalf. These are referred to as Acquired Shares.

 

The Acquired Shares you hold in the Plan at the end of the Holding Period will be matched by MinRes on a one-for-one basis (subject to certain conditions including continued employment). These additional shares are referred to as Matched Shares.

MyShare is a Salary Sacrifice Deferred Tax Plan and is aligned with the Australian financial year.

Eligibility 

 

To be eligible to join MyShare you need to be an employee (on a permanent or fixed-term contract) of any MinRes group company and enrol during an enrolment period. Casual employees or participants in any other MinRes share Plan are not eligible to participate in MyShare. ​

There are two enrolment periods each financial year, typically in May and November. If you're an eligible employee, you can enrol online by clicking on the Enrol button at the top of this page during an enrolment period.
